Good Afternoon Kevin,
In regards to your recent submittals for General Information Meeting application, Demolition application,and
Residential Misc. Permit we have some information that may help in streamlining the process for you (A General
Information Meeting will not be necessary in this situation so we will not be scheduling that).
We will not require a permit for the TV wall, however we will for the gas fireplace installation and the window/French
door change out. Both of those can be wrapped up into one general permit. I've attached the Residential Permit that will
need completed. Please also submit the following information in addition to the permit application:
• Specifications for the gas fireplace, installation manual and site plan with wall dimensions
• Gas line/piping location information and specifications
• Specifications on the existing window and the new French doors along with site plan and wall dimensions
The removal of the chimney& roofing repair will still go through the Demolition Permit application (submitted) of which
we will process and forward to our building inspector for review.

Does the site plan have to be certified and what level of detail is required? I have not been successful with finding the
records for my house when it was built and when the remodel was done previously.All of which happened before I
owned the house.
