In order to capture and manage this water, I would recommend placing a curb cut to a basin at the low spot, estimated to be at the west of the driveway curb cut. A simple infiltration system, located in the adjacent road right of way, would be capable of infiltrating this water. Install the infiltration system per SD-140 of the COA standard details, attached. Soils in this area appear consistent with the USDA Web Soil Survey, Everett very gravelly sandy loam,0-8 slopes,with very gravelly loamy sand below 2 feet and extremely cobbly coarse sand below 3 feet. Based on soils, I would recommend a system 3 feet below existing elevation, with 50 LF of 4" perforated pipe. I would also recommend placing the system at or around the same elevation as the private roof downspout system in order to prevent one system from overwhelming the other.
