Before requesting final approval of the installation the contractor shall furnish a written statement to the fire code official that the fire alarm system has been installed in accordance with the approved plans and SAFEbuilt Washington Bellevue Office✓ has been tested in accordance with the manufacturers specification and appropriate installation standards. IFC 901.2.1, 901.5, 2013 NFPA 72 Section 7.5. 2. The maximum sound pressure for audible notification appliances shall be 110 dBA. Washington State Amended IFC 907.5.2.1.2. 3. Installation and monitoring of the fire alarm systems shall be per IFC 907.6, 2013 NFPA 72 section 10.7. 4. Acceptance test and completion shall be per 907.7 5. One set of approved construction documents shall be kept on the site of the building work at all times while the work is in progress. IFC 105.4. 6. Fire Protection Equipment shall be identified with approved signs per IFC section 509. 7. The record of completion shall be per 2013 NFPA 72 section 7.5.6. 8. The fire alarm system installation and acceptance test shall be per IFC 901.5 and 2013 NFPA 72 section 7.5.8, 7.5.6 & 7.5.7. 9.
