The building permit does not include any mechanical, electrical, plumbing or fire sprinkler/alarm work. These permits are
issued separately. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire sprinkler/alarm permits require a separate permit application
and may also require separate plan review.
Please note that any tenant improvement work in a space that involves food handling or preparation requires Snohomish
County Health District approval before the permit can be issued. You must provide the Permit Center a copy of the
approval letter or the approved plans. Contact the Snohomish County Health District at(425) 339-5250 with any questions
or for more information.
An intake appointment is required for all large Tenant Improvement Building Permit Applications. To determine if your
project requires an intake appointment,to schedule an appointment or to ensure that you have the most current
information, please contact the City of Arlington Permit Center at(360)403-3551 or by email to cedO-)arlin ton�wa.gov
Application by courier or mail will not be accepted.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Proposed Installation of a 14' x 14' panel door to existing building, 19010-66th Ave NE, Arlington WA 98223.
Door to be installed on North side of building, at East end of the building. See drawings attached. There is no
plumbing or electrical required for this installation.
Door Specifications—Installation by Overhead Door of Everett:
The Wayne Dalton C-2400 steel sectional door
Featuring nominal 24-gauge ribbed steel sections, boxed-stile design with full 2"thickness and 3" width, plus
tongue-and-groove construction for vertical stability and strength.The stiles are continuously bonded to the skin
surface with high strength adhesive
Above to feature the following:
-Thermacore sections to be finished with white exterior and interior baked on polyester.
-Track to be sized for 2" full floating ball bearing rollers with hardened steel races.
