Plant 2 trees on the lot (1 in the front yard and 1 in the back yard). Existing driveway to be
abandoned and curb cut to be discussed. Proper procedures for capping the side sewer stub
during the demolition of the existing SFR were not followed. Due to this, the condition of the

existing sewer is unknown. There is an existing sewer stub to the property however the
applicant will need to coordinate with the Wastewater Department to insure it is in adequate
condition for use with the new SFR. A Utility Service Application will need to be completed
prior to connection to city utilities.
