I received a WABO welder card from Jerard J. Kolrud #W05085 expiration date 4/1/2026 of Northwest Erection & Fab. 2. I inspected the welds of new L5x5x5/16 L angles around penetration and cross member as shown on detail 4/S4.2. 3. 2" of bearing both sides and ends of angles with 3/16" fillet welds. Added clips in corners of cross member and welded all around with 3/16" fillet welds. 4. I observed decking welded with 5/8" diameter at valley bottoms to angle cross member. The decking pieces were also crimped. 5. The welds are visually acceptable according to AWS D1.1 visual acceptance criteria.
