• Site plan approval from Snohomish County Health Department for septic tank/ drain field setback will be required.
• Design of addition shall match existing structure. Elevations shall be submitted with building permit for review.
• Tightline gutters and downspouts to drainage system.
• Temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures for construction activity must be operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. The next step will be submitting a residential building permit application for the work. The applications can be found and submitted on our website. If you have any trouble submitting online, you can email us the completed application and any required documents to CED@arlingtonwa.gov.
