AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ARLINGTON
TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2015
WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearing thereon, the Arlington
Transportation Benefit District Governing Board has approved the annual budget for the year
2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
ARLINGTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON,
WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The expenditures budget the District for the calendar year ending December 31, 2015 of
$961,054 is hereby adopted (Exhibit 1 attached)
Passed by the Governing Board of the Arlington Transportation Benefit District, Arlington
Washington, at a regular open public meeting held on this la-- day oflyr>IIr ,
2014.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
You are hereby notified that on December 1, 2014, the Governing Board of the Arlington
Transportation Benefit District in Arlington, Washington, did adopt Ordinance No. 2014-001
TBD entitled,
"AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE
ARLINGTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2015"
This ordinance is effective on January 1, 2015.

request.
