ORDINANCE NO. 2013-001 TBD
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE
ARLINGTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2014
WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearing thereon, the Arlington
Transportation Benefit District Governing Board has approved the annual budget for the year
2014;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
ARLINGTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON,
WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The expenditures budget for the District for the calendar year ending December 31, 2014
of $468,500 is hereby adopted. (Exhibit 1 attached)
Passed by the Governing Board of the Arlington Transportation Benefit District, Arlington
Washington, at a regular open public meeting thereof held on thi4ta day of
2013.

You are hereby notified that on December 2, 2013, the Governing Board of the Arlington
Transportation Benefit District in Arlington, Washington, did adopt Ordinance No. 2013-001
TBD entitled,

ARLINGTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2014"
This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage.
