Namely there has recent been a a Taco Stand setting up on the sidewalk facing Smokey Point Blvd, after dark. I can't believe they are a permitted business,as they are impeding the sidewalk. I phone the only people available after dark in Arlington, the police department. They state it's a civil matter. And as I stated, these people in my eyes are stealing from our local establishments. But it's yourjob to fix the problem so please find a fix for this issue. If it's not important to you, then just say so,there are other manners to address this, which I prefer not to resort to. You have ignored the Totem Park neighborhood for too long. Between grocery carts everywhere, and of course our police are not allowed to address those being stolen, unless called by the business. It takes only a couple of those that are seen taking them, being forced to return them, to change behavior. just like the lots with 6,8,10 cars park on their property. You have not stopped apartments being built as you all promised, maybe you can at least do something constructive soon. Signature* Rom t o CIA&AI e
