MH general Drainage report The downstream analysis needs to address the potential impact of the Arlington Gospel Church from the newly created impervious surfaces and the installation of the proposed rain garden, and how potential impacts will be mitigated. The drainage system referenced in the analysis is privately owned/maintained. 9.
