The property is a double lot as shown in the attached site plan. It includes the following

1) Remove existing 12’x24’ attached carport. The carport is an original single pitch
overhang roof, timber framed structure with no walls that was enclosed by the
previous homeowners around 2011 timeframe to convert it into a shop. The carport
and the home were both reroofed together in the summer of 2024.
2) Remove existing concrete driveway and carport slab that is cracked, lifting, and
unsightly in appearance. Pour new concrete driveway.
3) Construct new attached 24’x30’ (720 sqft) timber framed enclosed 2-car garage in
place of old carport with new engineered foundation and footings.
4) Construct 28’x10’ (280sqft) timber framed addition to the rear (south) of the home
with second bathroom, and extended gable end covering 8’ step down wood deck.
