It hasn’t gone unnoticed, and I appreciate you willingness to engage with us. We are a small family business but growing every year making Arlington our business home after two decades (21+ years to be exact) leasing a warehouse in the Redmond Technology District. With great foresight, a large sum of debt, and a strong team Monica and David Bolles took on a greater vision to purchase raw land and build the beautiful industrial building we own and operate today. year, David Bolles, CEO and founder, passed away from cancer after a four year battle. He was able to cut the ribbon upon the completion of our building. We The family business is into its second generation now, and four of the children work full-time here including two son-in-laws. Last are advocates of the City of Arlington, we participated in our first Christmas parade this past season. We actively engage in many local community events, and over the past two years a majority of the family has sold and purchased homes in the area. It’s been the best journey we could have imagined. Moreover, we look forward to growing our business here with great focus and energy applied daily to our operations, partners and community. I wanted to provided you a little of our backstory so you know that we are here to stay. This is our home. Secondly, I wanted to show you the look of the concept (now approved) before we give final sign-off to NorthWest Signs to initiate the build and soon implementation of our company logo on the west wall. We did notice the propsed Site #3 may or may not be the best landmark location for building identification as described in the building codes and restrictions. It was, with great pleasure, that we worked hard today to display three site selections and the encompassing design as a better point of reference. Certainly, it was done with hopes we could have other sites approved as our preferred are Site #1 and Site #2. I attached a 6-slide powerpoint presentation outlining everything we can possibly provide, and hopefully it shines a good light on the other site selections as appropriate and applicable to our building. It should also provide a view what the accepted site #3 will look like. Thank you for taking one last time to review our documentation.
