Use of tracer tape is acceptable but requires that that specific system be monitored in addition
to the sprinkler system itself. Per NFPA 13 8.16.4.1.2. On the plans it indicates the system will

be kept at +40 degrees. We will also need a submittal on this system from whoever is going to
install it.
