NEH Drainage Pg 7 – Include areas for landscaping areas. (A basin map and Report Developed summary tables, showing areas described and Conditions demonstrating that the entire site is being included in the drainage analysis would expedite review) All areas must be included, even if the area is planned to be left as grass, if it is disturbed it needs to be included in the analysis. The southern portion that is currently shown as grass can be modeled as a small landscaped basin that is allowed to runoff undetailed if the post development rates are less than the predevelopment rates for the entire site. 3. NEH Drainage Pg 8 – It appears that a small portion of 63rd at the driveway does Report Upstream contribute to the site, please include in your analysis and Analysis discussion (about 700 sf?) 4. NEH Drainage Pg 8 – Natural infiltration of the landscaped areas is not included Report Downstream in the model. (see comment 2) Analysis 5.
