except for the missing flat
blocking at both BBQ
enclosures. The project's
drawings show in addition to
the vertical blocking shown in
this photo flat blocking at the
top of the beam is needed
between each roof joist.
The contractor was informed
of this item.

The photo shows the now
installed flat blocking at the
BBQ enclosure. Both BBQ
enclosures are in
conformance with the project
drawings. This item was noted
in report LF091 (dated
10/2/19) as nonconforming.
The contractor has addressed all outstanding items found during GeoTest's previous
inspections and all items found this date during the final framing/interior shear wall inspection
of buildings K, L and M. At the locations on page one of this report; the lateral framing was
found to be in conformance with the project drawings.
