GeoTest’s services took place from October 9, 2018 through October 22, 2019. Our testing and inspections included the following scope of work: TEST/INSPECTION ITEM REFERENCE Concrete Break Reports CB055, CB063 &  Reinforced Concrete CB064  Lateral Framing Lateral Framing Inspection Report LF091 All work requiring special inspection for the project to date has been completed. To the best of our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code. All related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the minimum test requirements.
