INSPECTION OF: Clubhouse Building Slab on Grade, Building O Plinth Bases and Stem Walls, Building A Perimeter and Plinth Footings
GeoTest on site for inspection of the recreation room slab on grade reinforcing steel. GeoTest
received verbal confirmation from CG Engineers that #3 bar at 24" on center each way is
acceptable for this slab.
GeoTest inspected Building O stem walls as well as the plinth bases, which were built in
accordance with details 7/S4.1 and 12/S4.1. The perimeter and plinth footings for building A
were inspected according to the footing schedule on S3.1.

Building Q Final Framing:
The contractor has addressed the framing items in GeoTest's Lateral Framing Inspection
Report LF035, dated 6-5-2019.
In addition to the above items, the contractor has removed the 2nd and 3rd level floor joist in
the rooms adjacent to the center entry; these were spaced at 16" on center and were replaced
at the correct spacing of 12" on center.
Framing and interior shear wall sheathing at Building Q is complete and has been found to be
in accordance with the project drawings.
