GeoTest on site for nuclear density testing of native subgrade for the Building N slab on grade.
The subgrade was compacted with a heavy vibratory plate wacker. Soils appeared to be firm
and stable. Elevation was the top of the subgrade. All tests met compaction requirements.

The stair wall sheathing at building N’s three stairs was found to conform with the project
drawings.
The exterior shear wall at buildings P and Q were found to be still in progress. GeoTest walked
both buildings with the framing contractor and determined the walls were not complete and that
they need to conduct an inspection themselves prior to scheduling us to return for a follow-up
inspection for these walls.

project located in Arlington, Washington. GeoTest’s services took place from October 9, 2018
through September 11, 2019. Our testing and inspections included the following scope of work:
