GeoTest was on site as requested to inspect the placement of the reinforcing steel at the
following locations.
Building H, Perimeter Wall Footing and Column Plinth Footings.
Building J, Slab on Grade with Interior Wall Footings and Column Pads.
Building M, Perimeter Stem Wall, and Column Plinths.
The reinforcing steel was in place at the above locations and was found to have been installed
as detailed on sheet S4.1, in accordance with the notes and schedules and notes on sheets
S1.1, S2.4.1 S2.5.1, S2.6.1, and S3.1.

10/2/19) as nonconforming.
The contractor has addressed all outstanding items found during GeoTest's previous
inspections and all items found this date during the final framing/interior shear wall inspection
of buildings K, L and M. At the locations on page one of this report; the lateral framing was
found to be in conformance with the project drawings.
