GeoTest was onsite, as requested to provide in-place density testing at the above location.
Prior to Geotest’s arrival, the fill had been placed and compacted. It is GeoTest’s
understanding that the fill is a mixture of native and imported.
All tests met compaction requirements. The subgrade was firm and unyielding. The
geotechnical engineer of record from PBS was onsite and confirmed the fill was firm and
unyielding.

Building L: Reinspection of Exterior Sheathing and Straps. The items listed on report LF075
(dated 8/19/19) have been addressed. The edge nailing and the wrong HD straps have been
corrected and are now in conformance with the project's structural drawings.
Building E: 1st Floor Framing and Interior Shear Walls. The contractor has addressed all items
found prior to our leaving the project. Interior shear walls and framing at the 1st floor of building
E was found to be in accordance with the project's drawings.
Garage #15 & #16. Shear Wall and Roof Diaphragm Sheathing was found to be in
conformance with the project's drawings. All items found were addressed by the contractor.
