Hello,
Attached is the completed form for the commercial zoning verification I was told we needed
to do. We have been in business since 2005, doing commercial interiors installations,
reconfigures & disposals. And have done a lot of work for the City of Arlington over the
years. But this last year started selling used furniture on the secondary market. We've been
running this portion of the business out of storage units, but we are now up to 7 units and want
to explore the option of possibly opening a storefront to be able to have a space to show a
sampling of what we have in a more orderly fashion.
We saw online that the location that is the current home to the Bad Dog tasting room will be
available in June. We've reached out to the owner to see about possibly leasing the area but
she understandably doesn't want to put too much work or energy into us until we have the
city's blessing to open in that location. So attached are the forms. I'm counting on someone to
guide me through this process from here!

The commercial zoning verification for Timeless Design Inc has been approved with the
following conditions:
• Condition to remain within the footprint of building 2 as proposed. Utilization of any
portion of building 1 is not allowed.
• A Separate building permit for signage shall be required. Existing sign at SE Corner
of property can remain with face change out only. Any existing temporary signs on
the building must be removed.
• Any modifications shall be submitted for review and potential permit if proposed.
• Change of Use permit application shall be required.
The next step will be submitting a change of use permit application and your business
license application. The applications can be found and submitted on our website. If you
have any trouble submitting online, you can email us the completed application and any
required documents to CED@arlingtonwa.gov.
