Additionally, PBS was on site and contractor re-compacted some areas (mostly around plumbing pipes). Final tests indicated 95% or greater per ASTM D1557/D4718. The contractor has installed the correct size and number of nails. This item is now in conformance The is one of the locations in our previous report IR023, nails were missing to the shear wall sheathing. This location as with the other locations at the building exterior shear walls - nails were found missing are now addressed in accordance with the project structural drawings.
