Progress for this one have been progressing but their have been some delays. The delays were caused by the carrier, it took them almost a year to approve the major supplements for the water loss that included the rough electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Those are completed now, insulation and drywall soon but they will not be completed for at least 3 more months.
