1. Permit and set of approved plans to remain on site
during installation.
2. Significant deviations from approved plans made during
installation shall be required to be resubmitted for review
prior to inspections: may include hangers, earthquake
bracing, sprinkler locations and pipe re-routing that could
impact hydraulic calculations. Failure to submit revisions
could result in cancellation of an inspection while a review
of an as-built resubmittal is conducted.

3. Hangers and earthquake bracing shall be installed in
accordance with NFPA 13.
4. Hydrostatic test required: 200 psi for 2 hours minimum
5. Sprinkler system Contractor’s Material and Test
Certificate shall be submitted prior to close out of permit.
6. Owner shall be provided with a set of approved plans
and associated documents for their files.
7. Call at least 48 hours in advance to schedule
inspections.
