1. KO FYI Building is required to have gutters and downspouts
that discharge into infiltration system no splash-blocks
allowed
2. TN FYI It is the applicant/owner’s responsibility to ensure that
stormwater runoff from new/replaced impervious
surfaces will be managed on-site in a manner that does
not adversely affect neighboring properties, including
the City's right-of-way and/or easements and the
improvements located therein.
3. AL AMC 20.46.075(a)(1) All primary buildings shall
maintain a minimum 10-foot distance (measurements
taken from foundations) from other buildings,
including those on adjacent lots.
4. AL AMC 20.46.075(b)(2) On a corner lot the exterior side
yard setback may be reduced to ten feet. The exterior
side yard is defined as that side of the building adjacent
to a public right-of-way but from which the building is
not addressed and does not have its primary entrance.
5. AL Development Design Standards shall be adhered to.
6. AL Approval letter from the Snohomish County Health
District shall be required.
