Hello Brayden,
I spoke with the Building Official regarding this application, and we are electing to not
require the residential zoning verification application and proceed with the building
application now. The site plan dropped off today would be sufficient for starting the
residential zoning verification application, but we require more information for the
building permit application. I have reattached your application to this email with
highlights on the information needed. Although a site plan was provided, we will need a
little more detail on the site plan such as dimensions of the structure. Please submit the
required items highlighted on the application and return the revised site plan to this
email for processing. In addition to the required documents, we need to know the
valuation of the project and your contractor license number. Those areas on the
application are highlighted on page 2. Please let me know if you have any questions.
