Existing sewer lines shall be cut and capped prior to demolition and shall be inspected by the wastewater department. Contact the City of Arlington Public Works Department at 360-435-3526 for notification of demolition for water and wastewater inspections. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable zoning codes and regulations. The property owner shall also ensure that the construction project does not cause any adverse impact on the surrounding environment or community. The property owner shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the relevant authorities before commencing construction.
