A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON REJECTING ALL BIDS
ON THE 2020 AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington/Arlington Municipal Airport has solicited bids for a
project known as the 2020 Airport Improvements Project (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, after opening the bids, the Council wishes to reject all bids and to rebid the
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Project; and
2. City staff is authorized and directed to re-bid the Project at the soonest possible
date.
PASSED BY the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 4th day of May, 2020.
