A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR INNOVATION CENTER RENOVATION AND POCKET PARK
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited bids for the Innovation Center Renovation and
Pocket Park Project (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the only responsive bid received was significantly over budget, and the
Council wishes to reject all bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Innovation Center Renovation
and Pocket Park Project.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this 17 day of
September, 2018.
