A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR HALLER SPLASH PAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited bids for the Haller Splash Pad Construction
Project (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the only responsive bid received was significantly over budget, and the
Council wishes to reject all bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Haller Splash Pad Construction
Project.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this 21st day of May,
2018.
