A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR HALLER PARK RESTROOMS
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited bids for the Haller Park Restroom project
(hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, all responsive bids received were significantly over budget, and the Council
wishes to reject all bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Haller Park Restroom Project.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this ! r day of
November, 2016.
