Also Known to be Present: Virginia Hatch, Dick Warren, Noel Higa, Chris Badger, and John Koster Mayor Larson called.the meeting to order at 7:00PIVI, and the pledge of allegiance to the flag followed. Approval of the. A Changing the orde nrin r of presentation to that indicated below, Sally Lien moved and Scott Solla seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. Snohomish County Planning & Development Services on Changes -- Mark Bea rdsleg,- Snohomish Count roposedTDR_ Com rehensive Plan With the use of a power point presentation Mr. Mark Beardslee gave an overall view of the Snohomish County Planning and .Development Services on the proposed TDR Comprehensive Plan Changes. He then answered Council and audience questions regarding the County TDRs. Landowners Max Albert and Linda Neunzig, along with developer Noel Higa had comments and questions regarding farm acreage and the TDR program. Contract for MBR Equi ment Dick Warren addressed the contract for MBR equipment. During the course of his presentation Mr. Warren addressed Council questions. Public Works Director Len Olive and Utilities Manager Jim Kelly also addressed questions., RH2 Water Comprehensive flan Update Jim Kelly distributed a proposed scope of work to update the comprehensive water plan.
