A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE HALLER PARK
RESTROOM AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITY SHELTER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING
THE SAME TO BE RE-BID
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited requests for proposals for the Haller Park
Restroom and Community Activity Shelter Project (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the bids exceeded the funding available for the project, and the Council
wishes to reject all bids and rebid the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Project; and
2. City staff is authorized and directed to re-bid the Project at the soonest possible
date.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this 18th day of
April, 2016.
