A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR FIRE TRUCK LOOSE EQUIPMENT
AND AUTHORIZING THE SAME TO BE RE-BID
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington solicited requests for proposals for fire truck loose
equipment (hereinafter the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, no fully responsive bids were received, and the Council wishes to reject all
bids and rebid the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arlington, Washington do hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby rejects all bids submitted for the Project; and
2. City staff is authorized and directed to prepare new bid specifications for
the Project and to re-bid the Project once new specifications are prepared.
APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Arlington this 1 day of
February, 2016.
