Councilmembers Present: Heather Logan, Rob Toyer, Debora Nelson, Michele Blythe,
Yvonne Gallardo-Van Ornam, Leisha Nobach, and Jan Schuette.
Council Members Absent: None.
Staff Present: Mayor Don Vanney, Paul Ellis, Sarah Lopez, Kristin Garcia, Marty Wray, Mike
Gilbert, Josh Grindy, Chelsea Brewer, and Wendy Van Der Meersche.
Also Known to be Present: Kathy Vanney, Randy Nobach, Ellis Nobach, Holly Sloan -
Buchanan, and Steve Maisch.
Mayor Don Vanney called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm, and the Pledge of Allegiance and
roll call followed.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Mayor Pro Tern Michele Blythe moved to approve the agenda as presented. Councilmember
Rob Toyer seconded the motion, which passed with a unanimous vote.
INTRODUCTION OF SPECIAL GUESTS AND PRESENTATIONS
Mayor Vanney presented Finance Director Kristin Garcia with a plaque honoring her 10
years of service with the City of Arlington. Her last day with the City is July 3.
WORKSHOP ITEMS - NO ACTION WAS TAKEN
May Financial Report
Finance Director Kristin Garcia presented the financial report.
Community Engagement Quarterly Report
Community Engagement Director Sarah Lopez presented the quarterly report.
Airport Quarterly Report
Airport Director Marty Wray presented the quarterly report.
Maintenance and Operations Quarterly Report
Maintenance and Operations Manager Josh Grindy presented the quarterly report.

ADMINISTRATOR AND STAFF REPORTS
City Administrator Paul Ellis reminded Council that May 30 is the fifth Monday of the month,
and there will be no meeting. The next Council meeting will be July 7.
MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor Vanney announced he will be out the rest of the week in Kennewick at the AWC
Conference.
COMMENTS FROM COUNCILMEMBERS
Councilmember Debora Nelson stated she visited the Smokey Point Community Park with
her grandchildren and enjoyed all the park's amenities.
COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS
Councilmembers had nothing to report this evening.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
REVIEW OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING
All of tonight's agenda items were informational and will not be included on the July 7
meeting agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
None.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
